AI Dashboard

The AI Insights panel shows a table of insights and explanations. You can toggle the panel using the Explore Insights / Hide Insights button.

At the bottom of the panel you’ll see a note that insights refresh automatically after a period of time (for example, every ~10 minutes).

The Welcome card is a shortcut area to start your daily workflow. It includes buttons such as:

• Create Invoice — takes you to the invoice creation screen.
• Add Customer — takes you to the customer creation screen.

These cards give you an at-a-glance summary of your business:

• Total Customers — how many customers you have created.
• Total Invoices — number of invoices in the system.
• Outstanding Invoices — total amount still due (unpaid balance).
• Total Paid — total amount received (paid allocations).

This table lists your five most recent invoices. It typically includes columns like:

• Status
• Customer
• Invoice #
• Invoice Date
• Due Date
• Amount

In many cases, clicking a row opens that invoice so you can view, send, or record payments.

This chart compares invoices and payments over a recent date range (for example, the last 10 days). Use it to understand:

• Whether invoicing volume is increasing or decreasing
• How quickly payments are coming in compared to invoices
• Any gaps between invoicing and collections

• If you don’t see expected totals, confirm you’ve completed Company Details (the app may restrict access until your business profile is complete).
• Use the Recent Invoices table as a shortcut instead of searching from the full invoice list.
• If the AI Insights panel is hidden, click Explore Insights to show it again.
